Saint of Today
Saint Norbert (c. 1080–1134) was born into a noble family in what is now Germany. As a young man, he lived a comfortable life at court and sought prestige and success. A dramatic experience during a thunderstorm led him to reconsider his life and dedicate himself completely to God.
